|  | Director: DON LEITCH As one of Tork's treasured 'Master' lifters, Don's active lifestyle and continual improvement in weightlifting is nothing short of inspirational. Having qualified for the World Master's Weightlifting Championships, Don is not afraid to work towards high goals. Aside from being an athlete, he has also begun a journey towards becoming a certified IWF Official. Don is a Partner at Carscallen Leitch LLP; a mid-sized business law firm based in Calgary, Alberta. His practice focuses on securities, business and energy law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate reorganizations. Don and his firm were instrumental in assisting Tork Weightlifting Club in their successful application for Incorporation with the Government of Alberta. His continual assistance for the club is greatly appreciated. |

Tork Officers
Club Founder : JON ASTOLFI, (NCCP Level III Tech., IWF Level III Official) Being involved in various organized and recreational sports growing up, Jon's entrance into the sport of Olympic Weightlifting later in life was one of total immersion. Fuelled by the inherent passion for whatever he’s involved in, Jon embraced training and competing as an athlete, as well as taking critical administrative roles in rebuilding a club and provincial association. It wasn’t long before Jon started accumulating experience as, a meet director, all the various officiating positions, and coaching certification programs. Outside of weightlifting, Jon’s education and career in architecture has been utilized in facility programming and layout design for weightlifting environments. His passion for design has also led him to design numerous logos, clothing apparel (t-shirts, lifting singlets, sweat pants, shorts, hoodies, towels, socks), marketing material (posters, trading cards, athlete blogs, web sites), and even medals for the sport. | 
| Head Coach: HENRIK GRIGORYAN, (USSR Master of Sport, IWF Level I Official) Henrik brings to Tork an impressive and extensive background in training athletes to excel in their sport, with over 30 years of experience training Olympic Weightlifting athletes in the former USSR. He has represented the National Team of Armenia in numerous competitions in the USSR, European and World Championships, as well as being the Team Leader for Armenia at the Atlanta-96 Olympic Games. In addition to his coaching experience, Henrik was also an elite weightlifter during his days as an athlete. Some of his accomplishments include:
Repeated Champion and Record holder for Armenia Champion of the USSR Student Games Silver Medalist at the USSR Championship & Cup
Henrik is excited about bringing his knowledge and experience to Canadian Weightlifting and other ‘power’ sports.

Dustin also holds all of the Jr Alberta records for his weight-class and has and will continue raise the bar on them several times.
Dustin has amazing passion for the sport which can be documented through his nich for memorizing almost every relevant fact on international weightlifting from the last 20 years. Other then being the clubs weightlifting encyclopedia, Dustin also has a great deal of talent and sticktuitiveness which will lead to a bright future in this sport. |
